AFTERCARE
As our products are made with dried, preserved or artificial flowers there’s no need to water them
Tips on how to care for your flowers and get the most out of them.
– keep them out of constant direct sunlight, moisture , heat or strong wind.
– some flowers are delicate and may fall off over time for instance hydrangeas.
– gently dust them using a soft makeup brush.
MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS
Production will vary on each product but allow at least 1 week +
In stock and ready made items will be dispatched asap but still allow 1-3 days.
Please allow at least 1 week if custom made, so when possible please place your order as early as you can.
If your order is a remake from one of the designs listed , please allow slight differs to each arrangement/product due to being hand made but also flower availability, if I am out of stock of an exact flower I will replace with the closest style I have in stock while still creating a beautiful piece for you. If I do not have something similar to replace it with without changing the whole overall look/design of the product I will contact you via email to discuss other options.
SHIPPING & PICK UP
SHIPPING – AUSTRALIA WIDE shipping ONLY.
In stock & ready made products will be shipped asap but allow 1-3 days, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Made to order products – please allow anywhere from 1-2 weeks.
All posted items will be sent via Australia Post, please track your order through Australia Post website.
All products will be packed as best as possible to protect any delicate items and you will be sent a picture. Including, bubble wrap, air bags and fragile tape on box/parcel to inform delivery driver to take care , but unfortunately once your order has been handed over to Australia Post it is out of my control and any damages or broken products may not be able to be replaced.
PICK UP – Local pick up is available in Melbourne
If you select this option at checkout I will contact you via email once your order is ready, to confirm pick up day/time.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Unfortunately I do not offer REFUNDS or EXCHANGES for change of mind, please choose carefully when placing your order.
Refunds will ONLY be made if product is out of stock and order is unable to be fulfilled.
